Meeting with Darussalam Enterprise (Dare)

On Wednesday 1 March 2023, the Office of Assistant Vice-Chancellor Innovation and Enterprise (OAVCIE) made a courtesy visit to Darussalam Enterprise Headquarters for a meeting with Mr Daniel Leong, the Acting CEO of the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) and Darussalam Enterprise (DARe), and Mr Lim Hang Ping, the Head of Enterprise Programme, DARe. From OAVCIE, the meeting was attended by Professor Dr Mohd Ayub Sadiq, the Assistant Vice-Chancellor (Innovation and Enterprise), Dr Annie Dayani bte Hj Ahad, the Deputy Director of Innovation and Enterprise Office, and Fifi Faulina bte Haji Zailani, Assistant Registrar. The one-hour meeting focused on potential areas for future collaboration and joint activities specifically on entrepreneurship and innovation. DARe has been a close ally of OAVCIE for many years, particularly in joint-organized events or workshops with OAVCIE’s UBD Startup Centre and Entrepreneurship Village.
