Patent Filing Process

Please submit Invention Disclosure Form A, Invention Disclosure Form B and Assignment along with a copy of Research Publication. We will call Lead Inventor(s) to present the invention to the Patent Screening Committee for Local Filing. The invention is further presented to Patent Review Board for International Protection if it has been recommended by Patent Screening Committee for International Filing.
